Return Policy
Right to cancel purchase
The customer has the right to cancel a purchased item and return it within a period of time, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation.

In order for the return to be accepted, the customer must contact us in advance and provide information about the order.

Return conditions
The returned item must be:

in its original condition;

without traces of installation, use or damage;

with original packaging available, where applicable;
accompanied by the necessary purchase documents.
Goods that have been installed, used or have a changed commercial form may not be accepted for return.

How to request a return

order number;

customer name;

product information;
reason for the return (if applicable).
Return costs
The costs of returning the goods are at the expense of the customer, except in cases where the wrong product was sent or there is a proven problem due to our error.

Refunds
After receiving and checking the returned goods, the refund will be made in an appropriate manner in accordance with current legislation.

Exceptions
Returns are not accepted for goods that are made or delivered to the customer's individual order, as well as for products that have been installed or used in a way that violates their commercial appearance.

14-day waiting period for the EU
Notwithstanding the above, if the goods are shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As stated above, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unused or unworn, with tags attached and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.
